This relaxation massage is a harmonious combination of deep tissue and soothing techniques, designed to ease both physical tension and mental stress. Slow, flowing strokes promote deep relaxation, while targeted deep tissue work focuses on releasing chronic tightness and muscle knots. Pressure is thoughtfully adjusted to your comfort level, allowing for effective relief without sacrificing relaxation. Prenatal Massage
from $115.00

Prenatal massage is a nurturing treatment designed to support the body throughout pregnancy by combining deep relaxation with gentle tension relief and preparation for delivery. Using safe, pregnancy-specific techniques and positioning, this massage helps ease common discomforts, while promoting circulation and overall comfort. Each session is individually tailored to what your body is needing as your body grows and changes throughout your pregnancy journey. Slow, calming strokes encourage relaxation, while focused work helps maintain muscle balance and flexibility in areas that support labor and delivery. This session provides a peaceful space to rest, connect with your body, and feel supported—leaving you feeling relaxed, grounded, and more at ease as your body prepares for birth.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)
from $45.00

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s craniosacral system and fascial network to encourage deep relaxation, balance, and natural healing. Using light, sustained touch, this therapy helps release restrictions in the fascia and subtle tensions within the nervous system, supporting improved mobility, circulation, and overall well-being. The session is deeply calming and allows the body to shift out of stress patterns, promoting restoration from within. Ideal for those seeking a non-invasive, holistic approach, craniosacral fascial therapy supports the body’s innate ability to self-regulate, reset, and heal.

For infants, craniosacral fascial therapy offers a soft, non-invasive approach to support comfort and development. It can help ease tension patterns related to birth, promote relaxation, support healthy nervous system function, and encourage optimal movement and feeding patterns. Sessions are calm, safe, and tailored to the baby’s needs, helping create a sense of ease and balance early in life.

This therapy is ideal for individuals of all ages seeking a holistic approach that supports the body’s innate ability to self-regulate, reset, and heal.

“Jamie seamlessly integrated her presence into our home during the sacred and sensitive postpartum period. She knew when and where to help and did so in many capacities! She played with our older children, cleaned, washed dishes and laundry, made lactation snacks, chopped veggies to freeze dry for us, and prepared a meal each time she was with us. We are so grateful for how she served our family.”
