Help throughout the home may include:
Meal Prepping: Planning meals for the week, grocery shopping, prepping items to cook/store, and/or cooking meals and snacks.
Household Care: Complete laundry, dishes, picking up around the house, and/or organizing spaces (from the new babies room to that forgotten closet you haven't had time to go through yet).
Education & Resources: Newborn care education, sibling adjustment assistance, partner support, and/or connecting you with resources you need.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy: Help your newborn unwind tight fascia and integrate his/her reflexes as he/she is learning to adapt to being outside of the womb.
Birth Story Processing: Talk through your birth and any struggles you are having since the baby has come (from bonding to setting boundaries or how to ask for help from others)
